Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our sales team in Melbourne.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Manage and update our database on the intranet, maintaining accurate records.
- Perform reception duties, handling inquiries and directing calls.
- Book advertising and upload listings to various portals, driving business growth.
- Assist with exchanges and settlements, ensuring timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain high levels of productivity, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive work environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Benefits:

Requirements:
