Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our sales team in Melbourne.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Manage and update our database on the intranet, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform reception duties, handling inquiries and directing calls.
  • Book advertising and upload listings to various portals, driving business growth.
  • Assist with exchanges and settlements, ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and deadlines.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:
