Customer Support Role Overview

CBRE is seeking an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join their Sydney CBD team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strategic client account.

As the first point of contact for our valued client, you will provide responsive customer service, coordinate service and facilities professionals, and support the Facilities Management Team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer requests and enquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with service and facilities professionals to meet customer needs
  • Support the Facilities Management Team with account administration and customer service
  • Develop positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

About You:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and call centre technology
