About Our Team

Position Overview
As the Director of National Accounts within our Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in guiding new MYOB customers through their journey on the MYOB ERP Enterprise platform. You will be fully responsible for identifying, pursuing, and successfully closing opportunities within your designated territory, showcasing your strong hunter mentality and execution skills.
Joining a dedicated team of professionals, you will implement top-tier sales methodologies and pipeline management strategies to drive significant revenue growth. By actively engaging in the MYOB Sales process, you will aim to meet or exceed sales targets, enhance conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles while supporting our Enterprise customers.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting software sales quotas by promoting MYOB Advanced Business and related Enterprise solutions to achieve recurring revenue goals.
- Developing and managing a self-sourced addressable market while achieving specific pipeline generation targets and closing deals from self-generated leads.
- Holding an Expansion revenue target and consistently exceeding sales objectives within a customer portfolio.
- Proactively planning, forecasting, and managing your pipeline to ensure effective gap and upside strategies are in place.
- Overseeing a value-driven sales cycle from need qualification to objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to become a trusted advisor to relevant buyers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior sales role within an Enterprise-level SaaS environment, managing a sales territory.
- Expertise in ERP, Payroll, Workforce Management, Practice Management, or Financial Services solution sales.
- Proven ability to influence and navigate complex decision-making processes at the C-Suite level.
- Strong forecasting skills with a consistent track record of accuracy.
- History of successfully targeting and acquiring new customers.
- Experience in selling advanced technology solutions is essential.
