As one of Australia's most iconic radio brands, Triple M continues to thrive after four decades, providing listeners with a distinctive blend of music, sport, and comedy. The Hit Network, on the other hand, is the country's largest radio network, entertaining over 4.8 million Aussie radio listeners across multiple stations.

About the RoleOur Sales Team is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join its ranks in Albury. As part of this high-performing team, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing buy-in, and maximizing revenue opportunities through customer-focused selling.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring presentations to client-specific needs and adopting a proactive approach to maximize revenue through customer-focused selling.
- Proactively prospect and search for new clients and business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and market share targets within the allocated portfolio of clients.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts of achievement to budgets and goals.
- Maintain and grow client portfolios within Independent Agencies and Direct businesses.
- Proactively identify and establish clear goals and plans for key and target accounts in line with the Customer-Focused Selling service principles of account list management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Continually develop knowledge and expertise of Southern Cross Austereo products and industries, including marketing expertise, business knowledge, researching tools, and techniques, and the competitive environment.
- 2-3 years of B2B selling experience with consistent and proven results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable and skilled in cold calling new business prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- A strong understanding of the media market is desirable but not essential.
- The ability and desire to generate a client list from scratch.
- A desire to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Genuinely passionate about the media industry and a love for all things sales.
