Delivering exceptional coordination support to drive the success of technology initiatives is a key aspect of this role. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the program and project team to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of multiple programs.

The primary focus will be on providing top-notch coordination and tracking services for program/project meetings, actions, and decisions, including governance meetings. This includes preparing high-quality executive briefings, presentations, agendas, minutes, papers, and program reporting.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support the development of program plans and track milestones and deliverables, as well as coordinate and manage document and records management.

This role requires excellent technical skills, particularly with software packages such as M365, Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management abilities, be proactive, and flexible when dealing with competing priorities.
