  • We are seeking a skilled professional to support the success of our CRM system roll out, engagement, and use.">
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in data management and CRM support, with excellent knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation software.">
  • They will be responsible for driving data gathering and cleansing, managing client data, and analysing marketing program requirements.">
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into insights and recommendations.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of our new CRM built on MS Dynamics 365 platform">
  • Drive data gathering and cleansing of essential contact information from various sources across the business for migration into the platform">
  • Manage the governance of client data, using CRM tools to support the full customer lifecycle">
  • Analyse marketing program requirements and conduct gap analysis to determine the status of existing data">
  • Support the set-up of marketing automation software (including data, reporting, templates) and successful completion of projects and campaigns">
  • Effectively train staff on best practices of our systems and onboard new team members">
  • Maintain the data integrity and quality of the platform">
  • Work with stakeholders to showcase return on investment through reporting and feedback">

About You

  • ">
  • This position would suit someone who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, supporting a number of departments with a combination of the following competencies:">
  • Tertiary qualified in Business / Marketing, Data Analytics or equivalent">
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent)">
  • Marketing Automation Experience (with Concep, Pardot, Marketo or similar)">
  • Experience with webinars and events platforms advantageous">
  • Strong data evaluation skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) - with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into insights and recommendations">
  • Experience with analytics tools building reports that track and measure client activity (PowerBI knowledge advantageous)">
  • Experience in training and providing end user support">
