Job Summary:

Our agency is seeking a motivated Program Support Specialist to play a key role in driving service improvement initiatives and enhancing frontline capability.

This 12-month contract opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic hybrid environment with two days working from home and three on-site each week.

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise across various programs or activities, maintain process documentation, coordinate data analysis, and draft high-level communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support across multiple programs or activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation relating to service delivery
  • Coordinate data analysis for drafting high-level internal and external communications
  • Assist with workforce planning data collation and audits

About You:

  • Effective communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders
  • Scheduling and Time Management skills with experience in managing projects
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills with a proactive approach

The Younger People in Residential Aged Care (YPIRAC) team provides specialized support for individuals with disability living in or at risk of entering aged care facilities.

Working closely with our team, the Program Officer will undertake complex work related to guiding national and branch deliverables.
