Program Support Specialist: Deployment & Operations

The Program Support Specialist will be responsible for the administration of program operations, including scheduling, reporting and data tracking. This role is crucial to enhance program data quality and process consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Assist in preparing status reports, presentations and documentation. Compile data from various sources for timely and accurate project reporting.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to deployment and training managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and arranging travel. Ensure effective document control is in place.
  • Project Support: Assist Project team members in managing and tracking project information. Ensure Project records and documents are accurately captured and stored.
  • Secretariat Services: Schedule and coordinate internal and external forums. Prepare agendas, record minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Onboarding: Work with HR to assist with onboarding, training and personnel management as required.
