Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to support our National Cyber Defence Program on complex projects within an integrated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope and timeline effectively.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, demonstrations, and regular stand-ups with the development team.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks and facilitate communication and effective collaboration.
  • Work closely with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated Scrum Master experience within an Agile Framework including leading, coaching, developing, and guiding Agile teams from Inception to release.
  • Ability to conduct show cases and retrospectives, and create flow for PI Planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, including stakeholder management and engagement, team leadership, accurate reporting of team progress, and clear documentation of Agile artefacts.
