Agile Delivery Support Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide coordination and administrative support to Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, leveraging agile and collaborative ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains.
  • Organise and facilitate agile ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and showcases.
  • Support the administration and configuration of Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item management, dashboards, queries, and reporting.
  • Track delivery progress and metrics, escalating risks and blockers as needed.
  • Maintain high-quality program documentation including briefing papers, decision records, and presentation decks for senior stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects or programs, ideally in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps for work tracking, dashboards, queries, and backlog management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework SAFe practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing high-quality reports, minutes, and presentations.
Desirable Criteria

The following qualifications would be highly beneficial:

  • Previous experience supporting Release Train Engineers or Solution Train Engineers.
  • Exposure to PI Planning logistics and agile governance.
  • Knowledge of APS delivery environments and governance processes.
