Agile Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Coordinator to facilitate collaboration and effective communication between product owners and teams during large projects.

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee project scope and timeline to ensure successful delivery of high-quality results
- Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, demonstrations, and regular team meetings to maintain momentum and progress
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks to enhance growth, development, and productivity
- Foster open communication and create a collaborative environment where team members take ownership of the project and enjoy working together

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Scrum Master roles within Agile Frameworks, including leading, coaching, developing, and guiding Agile teams from inception to release
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including stakeholder management, team leadership, and accurate reporting of team progress
- Ability to conduct show cases and retrospectives, create workflow for PI Planning, and demonstrate collaborative and collegiate style
- Track record of delivering technology products in large organizations using DevOps or Agile approaches

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

- Scrum Master certifications and experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field
