Key Account Business Development Manager

Our OTR (Off The Road) Tyres are manufactured specifically to customer requirements, selecting from BMSA's broad menu of technical capabilities to create a product with outstanding performance in multiple areas, considering environmental, load and operating variables.
BMSA's mission is to serve society with superior quality. To support this mission, we seek a Key Account Manager with experience in OTR Tyres to work out of our Brisbane Office.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our Global Key Account Manager and other team members to co-ordinate activities in relation to developing business and forecasts relating to this important customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor and valued partner to our customers.
- Promote customised solutions that build productivity improvement, drive down operating costs and boost overall effectiveness.
- Monitor movements, identify trends and predict needs in order to respond quickly and effectively.
- Analyse, manipulate and convert data into dynamic presentations.
- Forecast, plan, report and manage market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Exposure at scale to OTR tyres via a tyre OEM or the mining industry.
- Professional presence and proven experience partnering at the highest levels of global businesses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with proven dynamic presentation skills.
- Durable relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management, negotiation and retention.
- High level data analysis and manipulation skills.
- Acceptance of frequent and regular travel.
- Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Current work rights in Australia.
