Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level guest services at all touchpoints
  • Offer creative resolutions to complaints and problems
  • Share your knowledge of the local area, providing advice and recommendations to guests
  • Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to increase returning and new guests
  • Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates at optimal standards
What We Look For

We're seeking someone with a flexible and adaptable approach, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ownership mindset. The successful candidate must have:

  • Approved Australian working rights
  • A First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Experience in a customer service role
