About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Guest Experience Specialist to join our Front Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from arrival to departure. You will welcome guests, respond to requests and inquiries, and act as a main point of contact in the hotel.
As a Hotel Guest Experience Specialist, you will work closely with our Concierge team to manage guest luggage, coordinate mail and taxi services, and assist guests with their needs. You will also have the opportunity to engage with our guests in a fast-paced environment and provide them with a personalized experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to resolve problems and conflicts in a professional manner. They will also be computer literate and have a full manual driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and complete Check-in and Check-out procedures using our hotel system
- Manage guest requests, inquiries and complaints
- Maximise sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs
- Manage guest luggage
- Arrange taxis and courier services
- Receive and deliver mail and messages
- Provide support to the Concierge desk
- Perform general incoming communication duties, including taking enquiries via telephone and electronic registration systems
