About our Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and authentic service to our patrons. This dynamic role requires the ability to build lasting rapport with our guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that they won't forget.

What We Need from You:
- You are great at interacting with people, detail-oriented, and motivated to make a difference for your guests and teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings, and weekends
- You hold a current RSA certificate
- You have experience in the TAB industry or are willing to learn
