We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Specialists.
As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to hotel guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Ambassadorship: Foster positive relationships with guests and promote a welcoming atmosphere in all public areas.
- Cleanliness Assurance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.
- Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Standards: Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure facilities meet the highest standards.
- Procedural Adherence: Consistently follow schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Availability: Must be available to work morning, afternoon, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Possess an eye for detail and demonstrate commitment to safety and quality.
- Experience: Previous experience in cleaning public areas, operating equipment, and following safety practices is essential.
- Chemical Knowledge: Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are required to interact effectively with colleagues and guests.
