About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service throughout their stay. You will work across a 7 day roster, ensuring that every guest interaction is warm, welcoming, and tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience
  • Make check-in and check-out processes seamless and efficient
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality
  • Ensure the security of our guests and their possessions
  • Handle guest complaints positively and escalate as required
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to assist guests with room changes, dining bookings, and more
  • Keep other members of the front office team informed on guest feedback during and on shift change
