About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Macquarie. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a global finance early careers program that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and mapping current processes and practices across our programs to enhance the experience journey for early talent.
  • Designing, developing, and deploying a framework and performance experience in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of program initiatives through data analysis, feedback, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Partnering with Macquarie's Early Careers Talent team, Human Resources, business leaders, and key stakeholders to deliver the finance management group's early talent strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or managing early talent programs.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
