Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead multiple projects across NSW. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape delivery outcomes, mentor high-performing teams, and drive client relationships.

  • Lead and oversee delivery of all projects, ensuring performance, safety, and quality outcomes are achieved.
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project teams, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to strengthen business capability and client trust.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary client contact.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery.

This role involves leading and overseeing the delivery of large-scale projects valued at $40M+. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technically complex commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a strong ability to foster a culture of growth and excellence. They will also be able to develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen business capability and client trust.

A key responsibility of this role is to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The candidate will also be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement and driving innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery.
