Project Director and Senior Project Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to excel in our dynamic team in Alice Springs as an experienced project director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing projects, leading stakeholders, and making critical decisions.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project delivery, preferably on the client side.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management are highly desirable.
  • You should have strong knowledge of construction contract administration, especially managing contractor contracts.
  • Excellent leadership skills to lead clients, stakeholders, and teams effectively.
  • Solid written and verbal communication, with proficiency in MS Office and ideally MS Project.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with construction site WHS training is essential.
