Job Title: Senior Construction Director
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day business operations of construction delivery, client service, and support functions. They will oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability across all construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day business operations of construction delivery, client service, and support functions to ensure maximum efficiency.
Oversee financial performance by budgeting, controlling costs, forecasting, and driving profitability across all construction projects.
Ensure effective project time management from planning to execution and delivery.
Drive strategic planning, process improvement, and continuous development initiatives.
Oversee and optimize logistics centre operations, including cabinet inventory management and demand planning.
Requirements:
10+ years' experience in senior operations or construction management roles.
A solid background in construction with a strong grasp of site operations, building processes, and project execution.
Experience managing budgets, tracking financial forecasts, and helping projects stay profitable.
Demonstrated success in growing revenue and managing key client relationships.
Experience in house and land development projects, residential projects, or high-rise residential construction.
Experience managing cabinet production inventory and coordinating with logistics or warehousing teams.
