Project Director - Remedial Construction

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee project delivery, budgets, cash flows, and financial reporting in remedial construction sites.

  • Manage subcontractor packages, scopes, and performance on-site.
  • Handle project variations and ensure proper documentation and cost adjustments.
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Coordinate and respond to RFIs to resolve design or scope queries promptly.

About the Role:
  • Proven experience as a Project Director in remedial construction.
  • Strong experience in managing project budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
  • In-depth knowledge of remedial construction processes, including ITPs, variations, and RFIs.
  • Ability to develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and manage subcontractor packages effectively.

The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related field and be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  2. Manage and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
