Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our team in delivering high-profile construction projects.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the delivery outcomes of multiple projects across NSW, ensuring efficient, safe, and quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects across NSW, ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are met.
  2. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project teams, promoting a culture of growth and excellence.
  3. Business Development: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen business capability and client trust.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder engagement as the primary client contact for all projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience in Project Management or Senior Project Management/Project Director roles, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $40M+
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent client and stakeholder management skills, and high-level financial literacy and contract knowledge.
