Job Title: Construction Director

This is a senior leadership role, suited to someone who excels in managing large-scale construction projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries and program milestones
  • Maintain high safety standards and enforce HSEQ compliance on site
  • Drive program and productivity while maintaining build quality
  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with internal teams
  • Provide regular reporting and progress updates to the project lead

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience delivering complex construction projects as a Site Manager or Construction Director
  • Strong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination and program control
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially around finishes and presentation
  • Able to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction management
