Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Administration & Customer Support Officer to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of administrative support and customer service, with a focus on providing quality assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing records and maintaining accurate customer information.
  • Assist the help desk team with overflow calls and ensure timely customer support.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries when required, and make outbound calls to follow up on requests or gather additional information.
  • Maintain a professional, solutions-focused approach in all tasks and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong IT literacy - confident using multiple systems and learning new platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to assist in handling high call volumes and support overflow queues in a professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
