About Our RoleThis position involves using your administrative expertise to deliver strategic advice and high-level support, working closely with leadership teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
You will oversee the development, maintenance, and operations of relevant systems and administrative resources, recommending improvements to processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience, including overseeing and improving systems and administrative resources, having recommended and implemented process enhancements.
Key responsibilities include developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures, and other guideline material relating to administrative operations.
Additionally, you will prepare and maintain procurement activities, including budget administration and oversight.
Marketing and promoting administrative services, coordinating programs that are responsive to school requirements and current trends are essential duties.
Other key responsibilities include assisting with WHS, Risk, and Compliance, proactively role-modeling service delivery and expectations by understanding, embedding, and maintaining policies and procedures.
You will promote a strong culture of risk and compliance awareness and management across the school, providing learning opportunities to support the capability of our staff to manage risks.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in an educational setting, would be highly regarded.
Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment and a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement are also required.
