Our client is a fast-growing and innovative national signage business. With continued rapid growth, a new opportunity has been created for an experienced and motivated Project Administrator to join the Brisbane team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys working across multiple tasks. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the projects team
- Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding project requirements and timelines
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Monitor deliveries, logistics, and resource allocation for project teams
- Prepare and maintain project files, reports, and records
- Handle general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in project administration, preferably within construction, signage, or related industries
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
- A proactive and team-focused attitude with a strong sense of accountability
