The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven individual to take on the role of Administration Officer/Receptionist in our Bowen Hills office.
In this role, you will work with an innovative people-focused team to provide premium support to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme as they live their lives at home and in the community.
You will be responsible for developing rosters to achieve efficiency and maximise the use of resources, checking and producing invoices, collecting and recording data, maintaining accurate case notes and document control.
As a key member of our team, you will be required to positively engage with clients, answer telephone inquiries, manage customer concerns and complaints, and support the team and organisational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- At least 2 years administration experience.
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to respond to people with empathy, sensitivity and understanding.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and client management systems skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Previous experience with Visual Care and Xero desired but not essential.
- Demonstrated previous bookkeeping or finance experience.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the NDIS sector desired but not essential.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers' licence.
