Job Summary

This full-time role involves managing the full claims process from lodgement to settlement. You will be the initial point of contact for customers, providing empathetic and professional support. This is a rotational shift role, Monday – Saturday with one Saturday shift every 2-3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full claims process from lodgement to settlement
  • Liaise with customers to provide supportive and knowledgeable service
  • Negotiate options as required for accurate processing of claims
  • Work within set procedures and standards to ensure all claims are processed efficiently
Requirements
  • Proven track record of claims management experience or similar in a complex customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities

Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience
