At Philips, we're seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. This role will involve servicing QLD/NT and Northern NSW regions, with a focus on maintaining and developing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing service engineering roles and a strong background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. They will also possess excellent IT skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service to customers through corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment, and software & hardware upgrades.
  • Participating in the sales process and providing expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of customer relationships.
  • Managing and supporting technical escalations through to resolution, ensuring all stakeholders are updated accordingly.
  • Providing best-in-class service to customers with technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge through continual training and development, staying up-to-date with new technologies relevant to the role.

This is a critical customer-facing role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be based in Brisbane, QLD, but may be required to work at alternative locations, including interstate, as needed.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around $90,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
