Job Responsibilities:
- Handle clients' deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner.
- Follow account opening processes to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Respond to customers' queries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers at all times, providing exceptional support.
- Support other FX customer agents as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple languages is highly regarded.
- Understanding of financial markets and CFD trading.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Open-minded and reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
