  • Respond to customers' queries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards customers at all times, providing exceptional support.
  • Support other FX customer agents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle multiple languages is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of financial markets and CFD trading.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open-minded and reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
