Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Central West NSW. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical equipment, and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, including corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning, and installation of equipment.
- Actively participate in the sales process, providing expert technical support throughout the customer relationship lifecycle.
- Manage and resolve technical escalations, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge through ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments.
- Work collaboratively with the wider organization to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
