As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have an impactful role in the daily administration of our warehouse operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help ensure our processes run smoothly, customer relationships are nurtured.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Reporting: Efficiently enter and manage data for orders, confirmations, and inventory, generating reports for the Warehouse Manager.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate proactively with customers regarding stock movements, inventory, and deliveries to enhance relationships.
- Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound customer orders, including the creation of purchase orders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales/Account Management and Operations departments to resolve issues delivering on our promise of Customer Delight.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all consignments, especially those involving dangerous goods, meet the necessary safety standards and documentation requirements.
As our next Customer Support Specialist, you will have:
- Customer-Centric Approach: You have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature ensures that all data entry and reporting is accurate and timely.
- Strong Communication Skills: You excel at communicating with both internal teams and external customers.
- Organisational Skills: Managing multiple tasks while maintaining a structured and organized approach.
- Proficiency with Technology: You have a moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
- Previous Experience: If you have experience in Warehousing or Transport, specifically with Warehouse Management Systems, it is highly regarded.
