About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Central West NSW. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, including corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning, and installation of equipment.
- Actively participate in the sales process, providing expert technical support throughout the customer relationship lifecycle.
- Manage and resolve technical escalations, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress according to company process.
- Provide best-in-class service to customers, minimizing downtime and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge through ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with new technologies relevant to the role.
