The Customer Support Specialist will play a crucial role in developing trust with our customers, providing exceptional support, and connecting customer feedback with different areas of the business. This includes acting as our customers' primary point of contact, managing incoming customer enquiries, and nurturing relationships that will lead to long-term advocates.

We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience working in a B2C customer support, customer success, or similar role that serves customer communities. You'll need experience with customer support systems, online chat enquiries, and a passion for forward-thinking technology products, particularly investment and fintech products.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment, be an exceptional communicator, and have a strong aptitude for learning. You'll also have the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week, enjoy competitive salary + equity options, and participate in our learning and development allowance.
