Lead Oncology Nursing Team with Excellence
We seek a seasoned oncology nurse to oversee our Adult Day Oncology Unit, providing clinical leadership and operational direction.
- Spearhead evidence-based nursing care delivery and optimize unit operations for efficiency.
- Mentor staff, guiding them in their roles while promoting excellence in patient-centered care.
- Ensure effective management of resources and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
Directly supervise human, financial, and material resource management, ensuring optimal utilization.
Participate in direct patient care when necessary, upholding the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
- Hold current registration with AHPRA.
- Possess at least 5 years' experience in acute oncology or day infusion settings.
- Demonstrate proven management experience or charge nurse capabilities.
- Show ability to build and lead high-performing teams with service excellence approach.
