About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced nursing professional to lead our Adult Day Oncology Unit as a Clinical Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational direction for the unit, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources. They will also be accountable for delivering high-quality patient care, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current registration with AHPRA and a minimum of 5 years' experience in an acute oncology or day infusion setting
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
