Organisation Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisation Specialist to develop, implement and manage operational organising plans in line with our industry strategies and campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement operational organising plans in line with our industry strategies and campaigns.
    • Implement and promote organising practices, policies, strategies and systems that contribute to our goals.
    • Coordinate and manage the work of a national team of organisers.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • A passion for improving workers' lives and achieving our union's goals.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and educate union members and potential members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
