- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership development experience.
- Excellent communication, messaging and rapport-building skills.
- Experience in leading teams and developing strategy.
- Ability to communicate and advocate with all political parties.
- Ability and willingness to travel within Australia.
Requirements include a valid driver's licence and Right of Entry Permits.
