Strategic People Development Specialist

- Partner with stakeholders to align career architecture with business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR Tech and Learning teams to support the delivery of the skills-led technology roadmap.
- Utilise AI tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Experience in organisational development, capability uplift, strategic workforce planning, and/or career enablement.
- Adaptability in matrixed environments and agile ways of working.
- Knowledge of skills frameworks, talent marketplaces, or career platforms.
