About the Role

As our Strategic People Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to General Managers and senior leaders, helping to shape and execute people strategies that enhance performance, growth, and cultural alignment. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to translate business priorities into effective workforce solutions, including organisational design, talent development, and change management.

This role focuses on making an impact by leading initiatives that build capability, promote inclusion, and increase engagement across the organization. You will leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, measure success, and guide strategic planning. Additionally, you will develop practical tools and resources to empower leaders to lead confidently and clearly. The position combines strategic thinking with actionable outcomes, requiring influence and collaboration.

You will report to the Head of People and be part of the Strategic Business Partnering team.

In this role you will :

  • Partner with General Managers to design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Influence enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives
  • Drive performance frameworks and change leadership initiatives
  • Utilize data and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions

About you

You approach your work thoughtfully and inclusively. You are commercially minded and curious about how people practices influence business outcomes. You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and skilled in coaching and influencing with credibility and care.

Your background includes experience in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership, preferably within customer-centric industries. You thrive in environments of complexity and ambiguity, and value collaboration and agility.

You communicate clearly, build trust easily, and create solutions that are engaging and effective. Most importantly, you are passionate about fostering workplaces where people can grow, contribute, and feel connected to a shared purpose. Your work will directly impact leadership capability, workforce effectiveness, and overall business performance.
