Strategic People Partner

As our Strategic People Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to General Managers and senior leaders, helping shape and deliver people strategies that drive performance, growth, and cultural alignment. You'll translate business priorities into meaningful workforce solutions — whether through organisational design, talent development, or change leadership. This role is about impact: leading initiatives that build capability, foster inclusion, and enhance engagement, using data and insights to inform decisions, and designing practical tools that empower leaders to lead with confidence and clarity. You'll report to the Head of People and sit within the Strategic Business Partnering team.

• Partner with General Managers to design and deliver people strategies that align with business goals
• Influence enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives
• Drive performance frameworks and change leadership
• Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate across Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions

You bring a thoughtful, inclusive approach to everything you do. You're commercially minded and deeply curious about how people practices shape business outcomes. You're confident working with senior stakeholders and know how to coach and influence with credibility and care. Your background includes experience in talent management, organisational development, and change leadership, ideally within customer-centric industries. You're comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, and you thrive in environments where collaboration and agility are key. You communicate with clarity, build trust easily, and design solutions that are engaging and effective. Most importantly, you're passionate about creating workplaces where people can grow, contribute, and feel connected to a shared purpose. Your work will directly influence leadership capability, workforce effectiveness, and business performance.
