Strategic People Development Specialist

Job Overview:
As a vital member of our team, the People & Culture Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that support our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations: Providing guidance and support on employee matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while driving business outcomes through performance-based incentives.
- Building Organisational Capabilities: Collaborating with leaders to build their people management skills, focusing on areas such as coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
- Organisational Development Programs: Designing and delivering programs to improve organisational performance, engagement, and culture.
- Change Management: Facilitating and supporting change initiatives to drive business transformation and growth.
- Knowledge of Employment Law and Awards.
- Experience handling HR queries on a broad range of issues.
- Confident interpreting Employee Policies and providing advice to managers.
- 5+ years' experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.
