We are seeking an experienced Business Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our business.

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of strategic plans and corporate strategy. As a Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing confidential administrative and project support to senior managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations;
  • Assisting with the preparation of communications, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items;
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of systems, procedures, and controls to enhance divisional efficiency;
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks including procurement, HR, accounts, governance, and visitor services;
  • Coordinating on-site events and partnering with facilities to deliver a positive experience for employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Business or relevant work experience, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, and desirable SAP experience.
