Job Overview

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives within Financial Crime Surveillance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage complex business analysis activities, including process mapping and impact assessments.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across financial crime surveillance and the financial crime transformation program to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Help shape the future of financial crime compliance through collaboration and strong delivery practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage complex business analysis activities.
  • Strong experience in financial crime operations services, preferably in organisations operating in financial services.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and business units to deliver outcomes.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
