Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing facilities and ensuring efficient operations.

The portfolio comprises over 120 sites across NSW, including greater Sydney, rural, and regional locations. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work closely with three Facilities Managers and another coordinator to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing maintenance requests – log, track, and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and improvements for timely resolution.
  • Assisting with contract management – supporting scheduling and overseeing contractors for tasks, including proactive, planned, and reactive work.
  • Ensuring daily operations run smoothly, with works completed in appropriate timeframes and prioritized according to need.
  • Communicating with stakeholders – keeping staff and customers informed about works that may impact their environment and operations.
  • Supporting safety protocols – assisting with WHS obligations, managing access control, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
