We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team.
This role is pivotal in crafting immersive brand experiences that drive lead generation, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate our market presence.
Responsibilities: B2 B Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of B2 B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the B2 B space.
Assist in the development of marketing collateral and presentations.
Use analytics to understand and report on campaign performance.
Industry Knowledge: A solid grasp of the industry the agency operates in, including key trends, competitors, and customer behaviours Proficient in using Hub Spot for marketing automation, email campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting.
Assist in the development of automated workflows and campaigns to improve lead conversion rates.
Utilise Hub Spot analytics to track performance and provide data-driven insights.
Maintain and update contact databases and lists within Hub Spot.
Content Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, Ebooks, case studies, and blogs.
Coordinate content creation with internal and external stakeholders.
Optimise content for SEO and lead generation.
Track and analyse content performance to identify areas for improvement.
Project Management: Involvement in coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
Track and report on project progress and performance.
Social Media Management: Assist in the development and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Assist in creating and coordinating the creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, etc.).
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities.
Analyse social media performance and provide regular reports.
Manage and coordinate social media advertising campaigns.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Proven experience in generating high-quality leads and optimizing conversion funnels in a B2 B context.
Key Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;3-5 years' experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Extensive experience in B2 B Marketing Extensive Hub Spot experience is required Strong Project Management Skill Experience with content marketing strategies Need to be able to handle pressure and a high volume of work
