Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will have recent experience in office-based and/or on-site project delivery, with a minimum of 12 months experience preparing and reconciling purchase orders, invoicing, and end-of-month reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative tasks including paperwork, data entry, and timesheet management.
  • Invoice and docket matching, purchase order generation, and correspondence handling.
  • Maintaining registers, travel bookings, and general administration duties.
  • Responding to queries, and assisting the team as required.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records. They will also possess excellent time management skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to facilitate strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Currently living a commutable distance to Gympie.
  • Recent experience in office-based and/or on-site project delivery.
  • Experience with timesheet processing and collation.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in purchase order preparation, invoicing, and end-of-month reporting.
  • A relevant Business Administration qualification (Cert 3/Cert 4/Diploma) is desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A current open driver's licence.
