Accounts Payable OfficerThis role is crucial in supporting our finance operations.
- Process creditor invoices and GL purchases.
- Ensure timely entry and coding of invoices.
- Allocate expenses accurately to relevant jobs/servers.
- Reconcile and process travel expenses.
- Liaise with project managers and internal teams.
- Assist with end-of-month reporting and cost tracking.
About You:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration.
- Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cost centres.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
