Job Opportunity: ICT Support Specialist

This role presents an exciting chance for a skilled IT professional to take on a full-time position, providing first-level technical support and assistance to our team.

  • Respond promptly to phone inquiries from Council users with empathy and patience, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain and support Windows desktop systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues via remote tools or on-site visits.
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients, focusing on effective communication with diverse staff and stakeholders.
  • Accurately record ticket information, including resolutions and tasks, to ensure seamless progress tracking.
  • Foster exceptional customer experience while meeting SLA targets.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in an ICT service delivery environment.
  • Expertise in supporting desktop hardware and software applications, including mobile device configuration and management.
  • CURRENT Queensland 'C' Class driver's licence.
  • Microsoft Technologies certification is advantageous.
